Our management team consists of seasoned professionals that are recognized in the industry. They have a wide range of skills that mesh nicely with their depth of knowledge (gleaned from national and international institutions). These executives supported us in developing and implementing solutions that would meet the needs of our clients by drawing on their knowledge, experience, and leadership.

We are big on Corporate Governance.

In order to improve the effectiveness of the company's governance, the Board, Board Committees, and Executive Management Committees are some of the appropriate institutions that have been set up for the execution of the RITECH Corporate Governance Strategy. These institutions are described in the Governance Charters of the company. The board of directors is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Recycling investment technological business Group keeps and maintains the highest standards of corporate governance. The composition of the board is an appropriate balance of talents and diversity, without sacrificing competence, independence, or integrity (age, culture, and gender).

The Group Board of Directors consists of fifteen (15) members out of which Eight (8) are females. This makes up 53.3% of the Board.
