The Institute “Africa Entrepreneurship and business research institute” (AEBRI) provides entrepreneurs and community developers with the innovative ideas, skills, and spirits needed to start and organize commercial enterprises in all sectors of society and generate wealth for one's own improvement, social innovation, and economic growth. Entrepreneurship is one of the key drivers of job creation and economic prosperity leading to community development. The RITECH Foundation and her Business Institute support advanced knowledge, education, and skill acquisition, careers in trades, training, practice, research, and support across a variety of spheres by fostering cutting-edge concepts, methods, and chances for long-term regional development and the advancement of Africa. AEBRI works to provide entrepreneurs and enterprise researchers from all academic backgrounds with the engagement, education, support, and enhanced access to technology, resources, partners, and services essential for the establishment of successful businesses.

RFF is determined that in order to successfully combat poverty in Africa, there must be a critical mass of small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as the moral leaders who will guide them.
